Field Etiquette: The Key Points
- Every user must have watched our introduction videos and agreed to our T&Cs prior to their booking
- All sessions are a maximum of 2 households and their dogs (max 4) per session.
- We do not allow Walkers, Boarders, Day Care, Trainers, Behaviourists or other professionals to use our secure field in a professional capacity without receiving consent prior to booking.
- Strictly maximum of 4 dogs per booking
- Maximum of 2 cars permitted per booking – Cars MUST be parked INSIDE the field in the parking area provided; no cars are to be left on the driveway, turning area, or in the waiting area during your session.
- All users must ensure their dog/s are vaccinated/titre tested before visiting our facility and ensure they are regularly treated/tested for worms, fleas etc.
- Any dog who has been unwell in the 48 hours before your booking commences must not attend.
- Bookings commence on the hour and are 50minute long (with a 10minute changeover). You should be in your car at exiting the gate at the 50minute mark to ensure you have vacated the site before the next user arrives.
- You must not arrive anywhere on-site, even in the waiting area, more than 2-3minutes early. When you arrive, please wait at the bottom of the drive to check if the previous user is still present; please wait there until they leave. DO NOT enter the field before your booking start time, even if it is empty.
- You MUST secure and lock the gate behind you at the end of your session – please watch the video for details. Please check and double-check the gate is securely locked, and the padlock code thoroughly scrambled.
- Dogs and children must be supervised at all times.
- ALL POO MUST BE PICKED UP AND DISPOSED OF WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The bins provided are for POO BAGS ONLY – please take any other rubbish home with you.
- When using the field and any equipment, you do so at your own risk.
- We do not support or encourage the use of ball throwers or excessive playing of fetch during your visit due to the high impact, intensity and risk of injury this creates.
- We do not permit the use of aversive training methods, equipment or behaviour.
- You must not share the access codes provided with anyone.
- We are a no smoking/vaping site.
- ANYONE NOT ADHERING TO OUR RULES WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS
