The Potterings is a unique place where you and your dog to enjoy time together. We wanted to create a space that would give our doggy visitors (and their owners!) an enriching experience.
It’s more than just a dog walking field!
Whether your dog wants to run free, complete our challenge course or relax in the sensory garden, there’s something for all of our four-legged friends.

The details:
- We’re based just by Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, in the open countryside of the Aylesbury Vale.
- The Potterings field is surrounded by a 6 foot fence and gate.
- The Potterings is a 2.2 acre field, but it is so much more! A log pile, digging pit, sensory garden, tyre challenge to name a few of the fab facilities of offer to our doggy visitors.
- Parking within the field. Lock the gate behind you, and let your dog run free!
Terms of Use
Please ensure everyone who uses the field as part of your booking agrees to our Terms & Conditions and has watched our introductory video
If you wish to share a session with a friend there is a maximum of two households per booking. We have a maximum of 2 cars and 4 dogs per booking. This cannot be exceeded in any circumstance.
Canine Professionals at The Potterings
If you’re a canine professional, please get in touch to obtain prior permission to use the field in a professional capacity – this applies to dog walkers, boarders, trainers etc.

Jess had great fun exploring at The Potterings today. It’s definitely much larger than other local field hires and with the added bonus of all the enrichment stations, a favourite was the sand pit. We will be back again soon
We loved our first visit to The Potterings this morning, our Indie was in heaven with all the different activities and so much space to run around freely with his ball. The activities are brilliant, lots of different experiences for pups to enjoy. The agility jumps were definitely Indie’s favourite. The set-up for accessing the field is great too. We can’t wait to visit again soon!
